Hello!
I am a Product Designer based out of Berlin with a habitual desire to put everything in motion.

MY PROCESS
1-2-3
Draw

Step 0
Prioritize sketching as the initial step before delving into designing for various user needs. Utilize a range of tools including pen and paper, digital sketchbooks, and PowerPoint to facilitate this process. This approach aids in maintaining focus on the core user problems we aim to address.

Conducting User Research
This endeavor demanded extensive planning, beginning with goal identification for the research, scripting the usability test, and onboarding users. It involved coordinating calendars to schedule the tests and ultimately reporting their feedbacks to the team. During a study, a participant's input and behavior were analyzed using various tools, that includes sticky notes and spreadsheets.

STEP 2

We dedicated time to thoroughly review customer feedback to gain insights into the drivers behind their requests for a Gantt feature within the Advanced Scheduling Board.

Eat, Sleep, Responsibilities, Repeat
Rely on peer reviews for intuitive designs, and engage stakeholders in discussions to determine optimal solutions, while always advocating for the user's perspective.

Listen to your users
”I have been using big monitors for production planning since past 20 years of my career.”

Rely on Intuitive Ideas
Simple doesn’t necessarily means minimalism but intuitive through the posed complexity.

Sharing with Research Community
Share the ideas with larger scientific community around the globe and keep improving.
